Friday Freebie

Happy Fri-yay, friends!

I know for many of you, it’s the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!! (cue the confetti) For others (or even the same crazies–yeah, add me to that column), you’re already thinking forward to next year!

If you’re wanting a better way to track student data in a clear, concise way, look no further than this FREEBIE!

This resource comes with a ready-to-print PDF, as well as a fully-editable template.

I use these in my “Student Data” binder. I have a divider separating each student, in alphabetical order, with the “Student Info” sheet that parents fill out at “Meet the Teacher Night,” this page, then any RTI, IEP, or Health Info that students may have.  I set each one up with necessary information at the beginning of the year. As the year goes on, I continue to update the relevant data.

These are so handy for giving an “overview” of student performance, so I use them  in data team meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and in student support team meetings.

I hope you find these as helpful as I have!
